- Camshafts are reprofiled and surface treated. Profile level 1

The customer must send us his original camshaft for processing. Camshafts to be reprofiled must not be defective.

- Fine honing of the cylinder with diamond stones (assuming that a new honing of the cylinder is still possible!)

- Forged piston kit CP 78.00 mm (set = 4 pistons with skirt coating, including segments, bolts and clips)

- Fine balancing of the crankshaft with master weight

- Carrillo connecting rod set

- Conrod half bearings

- Cylinder Head gasket

- Cleaning/sandblasting of the cylinder head, combustion chamber and ducts

- Milling of the valve seats, including transitions, for aerodynamic optimization

- Disassembly/assembly of valves per valve

- Checking and cleaning of valves per valve

- Valve stem seals

- Surface sealing surface

If the cylinder has to be repainted, this would result in significant additional costs.

If other work, such as those listed here, such as valve guides, sealing rings, etc. are required, these would be additional.

We only work on removed and cleaned engine parts, such as the cylinder, head, crankshaft and camshaft. The motorcycle dealer will take care of the removal, installation, assembly and tuning of the engine.
