The fork kits are fully reversible and no modification to the original fork is required for assembly

FORK CARTRIDGE KIT MATRIS F20K 

Complete hydraulic fork cartridge kit (cartridge, pumping rod, spring, fork cap) that completly replace all the existing fork internals.

Fork cartridge cylinder 20 mm in diameter in Alu alloy Al 7075, with lapping and hard oxidation

surface treatment.

Pumping rod 12 mm in diameter in Alu alloy Al 7075, with lapping and hard oxidation surface treatment. 

Compression and Reboud pistons 20 mm in diameter, machined from Aluminium billet, with its own dedicated shims pack and supported by oilless slide bearings. 

Adjustments 

• Spring preload, mounted on axial roller bearings, with specific clicks.

• Rebound unit with specific clicks.

• Compression unit with specific clicks.

(complete valve set in place of the original).

Linear spring in Cr-Mb alloy Steel with cataphoresis surface treatment,

available in different rates, dedicated for the different bike models and the driver weigth.

Bottom spacer available in different lengths, to fit corectly on the different front fork models. 

Easy to replace the hydraulic cartridge without to demount the fork.
