The cylinder must be LFC coated again. The cylinder must be coated with regard to the correct running clearance and the surface roughness corresponding to the piston ring. The piston rings are for LFC coated cylinders and do not run in Alu-sil cylinders. The valve seats are milled flow-favorably and the transitions are optimized to increase performance. Including combustion chamber and channels, glass bead blasting. The camshafts are re-profiled and surface-treated. Also available with timing chain wheels on request at an additional cost. The crankshaft is finely balanced. The original connecting rods and the CP pistons are balanced and aligned.
