KAWASAKI KX 250F (2004-2012) Tuning kit stage 4

The pistons are supplied with matching piston rings, bolts and clips. The cylinder is honed with special diamond honing stones. The cylinder honing is necessary with regard to the correct running clearance and the surface roughness corresponding to the piston ring. Price includes a complete engine gasket set for years of construction 2004 to 2005. The cylinder head is being redesigned: the valve seats are milled in a streamlined manner and the channels are optimized to increase performance. Including combustion chamber and channels, glass bead blasting. Additionally with Hot Rods connecting rod kit for years of construction 2004 to 2008, including crankshaft balancing (disassembly and assembly also included).
