Must only be installed with HC2048-1EX exhaust camshaft. Drastic improvement in the medium and high speed range. Comes with adjustable timing sprockets. (Factory preset to 105 and 107). The exhaust camshaft is delivered with automatic decoration. Use of original valve springs.
