The cylinder honing is necessary with regard to the correct running clearance and the surface roughness corresponding to the piston ring. The cylinder head is being redesigned: the valve seats are milled to improve flow and the transitions are optimized to increase performance. Including combustion chamber and channels, glass bead blasting. The camshafts are re-profiled and surface-treated. Also available with timing chain wheels on request at an additional cost. The crankshaft is finely balanced. The connecting rods and pistons are balanced and aligned.
