MONOSHOCK Serie M46R.

Shock absorber for road , sport and racing bikes; CAD-CAM systems are used to project and manufactur all the components.

Only materials of high-end technical and mechanical characteristics are used.

Tree-way adjustable hydraulic monoshock with separate pressurized expansion tank (Nitrogen gas N2).

The cylinders are made from Alu alloy Al 7075 with lapping and hard oxidation surface treatment.

The piston rod (d.16 mm) are made from high tensile alloy Steel, faced with hard Chrome and PVD TIN coated.

Damper adjustment by tree distinct and indipendent adjustment units:
• REBOUND adjustment

• COMPRESSION adjustment Low Speed

• COMPRESSION adjustemnt High Speed

Adjustable wheelbase.

The lower joint, machined from Alu billet, may be rose jointed or forked.

Spring preloading system by a flex or incorporated unit.
The monoshock is available with different "top head" for a better fit on the different bike models.

Spring in Cr-Mb alloy Steel, available in different rates and calibrated for the different bikes and driver weigth.

All damper parts, machined from Alu alloy are surface treated by anodic oxidation.
